30 day money back guarantee

Peptislife offers a full refund guarantee within 30 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the Shot Day Reset bundle or the first payment of the Pep Life Pro subscription, you can request a full refund without having to give any reason.

How to request a refund

Payments are handled by our official reseller Stripe, acting as Merchant of Record. To request a refund you can:

1. Visit stripe.com, enter the email used for the purchase and follow the instructions to request the refund directly from Stripe.
2. Or email support@peptislife.comwith your order number or purchase email: we'll handle the request together with Stripe.

Recurring subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal or your members' area. After cancellation no further renewals will be charged and you can keep using the service until the end of the current billing period. Renewals after the first payment are generally not refundable, unless otherwise provided by the Stripe Refund Policyor applicable law.

Processing times

Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
