These Terms govern the use of the digital products and services ("Service") provided by Peptislife ("we", "Peptislife"), in particular the digital bundle Shot Day Resetand the subscription to the Pep Life Pro app. By using the Service, you fully accept these Terms.
Peptislife offers digital content (guides, workbooks, bonus materials) and a software subscription with wellness tracking features. The Service does not provide medical advice; always consult a qualified doctor.
To access some features you must create an account by providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.

All content, trademarks, software, text and materials of the Service are owned by Peptislife or its licensors. You are granted a limited, limited and personal license for use of the Service within the limits of the plan purchased.
The order process is handled by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Recordfor all our orders. Stripe handles support requests related to payments and refunds. For payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms, the Stripe Buyer Termsapply.
Subscriptions (e.g. Pep Life Pro) automatically renew at the frequency indicated at purchase until cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your members' area or via the Stripe customer portal; access remains active until the end of the period already paid.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptislife disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or free from errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Peptislife's aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages, loss of profits or data.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of material breach of the Terms, missed payment, fraud or security risks, or repeated policy violations.
We may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. Changes take effect when published on the site.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the seller's court, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions apply.
